How do I get assistance with printing, scanning, copying or faxing?

There are three ways to get assistance with printing scanning or faxing.

1. Papercut Webprint.  You are able to print from your own device by using the papercut web print option.  Papercut Webprint login  Contact your local library branch for more information on this service.  

 

2. Request assistance via email.  Click this option to the right of the screen and fill out the web form to get assistance from GCPL staff.  Please make sure to note your local library branch in the more information field and what you will need help with Print, Scan or Fax.

 

3. Request assistance via text message.  Click this option to the right of the screen to text your print, scan or fax inquiry to a librarian.  Please make sure to note your local library branch and what you will need help with Print, Scan or Fax.

 

4. Request assistance via phone.  You can call your local GCPL branch and speak to a librarian to get help with printing, scanning or faxing your document.  

 

Just like with our contactless holds pickup GCPL staff will work with you to schedule a time to either pickup or drop-off your document at your local library branch.
